Frank P. Marsalisi

Frank P. Marsalisi, Esq., is a St. Petersburg, Florida native with experience in representing both English and Spanish speaking clients in personal injury cases. He works for the law firm of Fiol & Gomez, P.A. whose practice areas include Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Malpractice. Mr. Marsalisi is devoted to handling personal injury matters in the Tampa Bay Area, as well as the surrounding counties in Florida.

Mr. Marsalisi obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Minor in Spanish at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Marsalisi served as the president of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. As the head of an organization focused on the legal system at a large university, Mr. Marsalisi guided and counseled many future lawyers-to-be as to whether a legal career truly was an ambition of theirs.

During the summers, Mr. Marsalisi would return to his home of St. Petersburg, FL to continue his pursuit of legal knowledge. He served as a legal intern of The Honorable Richard A. Luce of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida in and for Pinellas County. Additionally, Mr. Marsalisi worked as a civil servant for the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court and served as a congressional intern for The Honorable Jim Davis.

Mr. Marsalisi later obtained his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Marsalisi, however, would once again return home to serve his community as a law clerk for the law firm of Rouson & Dudley, P.A. in Saint Petersburg, FL. As a law clerk, Mr. Marsalisi assisted in the representation of clients with legal matters involving the areas of personal injury, discrimination, and real estate disputes.

Now with the law firm of Fiol & Gomez, P.A., Mr. Marsalisi continues his legal career on the same foundations on which it began: the passion for serving others, the strength to lead, and the utmost dedication to the community he is so proud to be a member of.
